What does a girl mean if she heeds & implements in wearing an ornament/dress in deference to wish of a person?

I think you are saying what does it mean if you do not like a dress or ornament that she has and she wears it anyway. WELL It belongs to her and she likes it. If you don't like it it would be rude for you to tell her that you don't like it. She is wearing it because she likes it. What about your not liking it should she care?
