How about this comments by Eric Simons - Team India's new fielding coach?

He is stating the truth and if he is as professional, as he proclaims to be, then he should just do his job, getting Indian team out of the bad rut they are in, at present, with their regular fielding lapses and by the time he is offered a permanent post, his contributions would have started showing results, on the basis of which BCCI would offer him his long term job, so he need not feel under any pressure, of having divided loyalties, as his bread & er would only depend on his solid contributions, not his gut feelings.
