Career / school where togo?

starting a new career... have had about 13 jobs in 10 years (im 26) no college just cant stay long it gets boring i have been really lucky and have had jobs like low volt tech (install voip, alarm sys, catv, internet), courier, printing press operator, and of corse several food jobs. crew member up to t. mgr of a few different chains and also had a chance to help open a medium-fine dining rest. as a t mgr (which sold a year later for a loss) always been paid well 28,000-40,000 but am not happy i want to go to school to get a rewarding job i am fairly smart and not looking to make but 50,000 to 75,000 after a few years i am realistic theres nothing perfect but i dont want to sit all day and i dont want to stand all day i know i like being challenged any body have any great ideas?? :)
