I made a ton so I can easily heat some up and eat it and not go to junk food! It's a beef and veggie stew, made with cauliflower, carrots, parsnips, zucchini, onions, potatoes, celery, cabbage, canned tomatoes and lean beef. Is this pretty ok for a meal? I didn't use oil or er or anything, just some salt, pepper and oregano.
