"can i get an amen" tv/movie?

theres this movie/show that a guy gets up and rambles and shouts "can i get an amen?" he keeps rambling shouting that every so often until he says something the group doesn't agree with and no one says amen when he asks if he can get an amen. he adds the sound "uh" to the ends of things. like he says "and when you-uh wanna.......(then he rambles). anyways. i can't think of what it is from and its bothering me. i was thinking something from scrubs but not sure. any ideas please. thanks!
