My 2 month old got his first shots and has been vommiting for 4 days now how long is the side effects last?

I took him thursday morning for his hep b, dtp, polio, and rotavirus shots he has been projectile vommiting ever since and it has been for days tomorrow will make 5. He is not running a fever he only ran one for 2 days. I tried giving him half a ounce at a time then pedialite and water put neither of those worked. Is this normal for it to go on this long?
