Local Government officials take more liberties than Central Government Employees?

I have also worked in Local Government and I can ure you an awful lot are corrupt. I am talking about back handers especially in planning. Tell your neighbour to contact his local Councillor not that they are much better. Best option is to threaten to sue them, that usually does the trick.
