I have to do an oral cl presentation on pneumonia?

I have to do a 3D visual presentation on pneumonia and I am having a hard time trying to figure out what I can do, or make. anyone please help. I still have around a month before it is due. teacher said no brochures, or poster boards they are not 3D.
