Handling Data- Maths?
On avg. in this group the Boys have an average height taller than the Girls in this group. The Range is separate for each group, it just describes that the shortest Girl and the tallest Girl are 24 units apart, as well as the shortest Boy and the tallest Boy are 28 units apart. This does not necessarily mean that the tallest boy is taller than the tallest Girl or vice versa that the shortest Boy is shorter than the shortest Girl, but most likely that is the case in this scenario. But there is nothing that guarantees that this is true. One thing that is absolutely true is that the Girls, per Girl, are overall closer to the mean average for there group then the boys. The boys are more wide-spread and therefore have a higher variance and std. deviation.
