What were the "highlights" for Adolf Hitlers "Dictatorship" of Nazi Germany?

He introduced a huge baby bonus to all Germans who had children. I dont know how much it was but I used to work for a German company and both the German bosses were born in 1940 and both referred to themselves as a Hitler Baby.
