Troubleshoot my home power supply box?

You have no voltage anywhere beyond the main breaker? When you turn the main breaker on it doesn't immediately trip? If it is tripping turn off all the breakers in the box then turn the main back on. You should have 115-120V on your bus bars. If you have no voltage on your bus bars to neutral then you probably have a bad connection on your neutral either in your breaker box or in your meter box.
