Proactiv spot treatment question..?.?

I have a huge pimple on my nose, and ive had it for a few days. i used the proactiv refining mask yesterday for the first time as a spot treatment, but it didnt seem to hlp. how can i get rid of the pimple, and get the refining mask to work??
