Looking help with mental preparation in athletics?

a good thing that ive tryed, is lay down on my bead whilst throwing a volleyball up to the roof, doing sets, many many many many many times. then try and sleep while doing this. then when your good, you can teach your girlfriend how to play. she will be so calm and excited that her y boyfriend can show her the perfect set, she will be buzzing with confidence and therfore win the game
